Portrait of a preacher

Jens Garnfeldt was born in Horsens on September 6th 1964. He is 4th-5th generation from a pentecostal family. He  was raised in central Jutland (DK) and took his education in Aarhus. In 1985 - 87 he attended Word of Life's Bible School in Uppsala Sweden and met his wife Lena. The teaching on faith transformed Jens. Today he is a senior pastor in a church in Copenhagen, he's an internationally recognized preacher, and has two daughters with his wife Lena: Charlotte og Theresa.

Jens Garnfeldt founded Copenhagen Bibletraining Center (KBC)the first Thursday in January 1988. The church brought a lot of reactions in the Christian Media. The congregation was the first Danish church identified with the "faith-movement" going through Scandinavia. The  faith-preaching was  really debated- but today KBC is recognized on same level as other pentecostal churches in Denmark and world wide. A lot of other new churches and congregations - known as the faith-movement- was founded due to the founding of KBC.
Jens Garnfeldt is also founder of the KBC Bible School, where more than 600 students have graduated. The Bible school started as a Saturday Bible School located in Hvidovre, but in 1989 it grew to a full time Bible School with 1-year and 2-years graduation.  The students are both Danes, international people ranging from pastors to business people.
Jens Garnfeldt started a TV-production in the beginning of the 1990'ties, which has developed to broadcastingon several satelite stations with among other things "Inspired" with Jens Garnfeldt. "The Power of the Spirit" with Jens Garnfeldt, and "Pastor Jens" along with programs from the church's conferences and meetings.

In 2003  Jens Garnfeldt and a group of business men founded  the organisation "God - Business", which has members in Denmark and Sweden. God Business has a vision about releasing business men into their calling in the marketplace, and teach them to work with the anointing and understand the calling to be a business man is a calling on same level as berin a preacher.
Jens Garnfeldt is also founder of the apostolic network "Church- and Ministry Partners". The network contains pastors and preachers from different churches. The network works as an inspiration, equipment and releasing fellowship with the dream to see the Kingdom of God break through and help preachers and ministries to succeed.

Along with the founding of KBC pastor Jens began travel with the gospel. Today he is an internationally recognized speaker. He has preached the gospel in meetings with an attandance up to 200,000 people. Jens Garnfeldt often speaks at international conferences in Africa, Latin Amerika, USA and Europa. During these meetings he is known for creating a break through with a demonstration of hte power of God. Many miracles have occured during the meetings.
Jens Garnfeldt's preaching has reached the nations through TV, tapes, video, CD and DVD. In addition he has several books ready for publishing.
